Hydrogen Sulphide Scavenger
Our unique H2S scavenger is a water based chemical that converts at a molecular level Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) present in crude oil, gas and refined products, into a sulfate salt solution which drops out of the product into the water. The process is irreversible and immediate. The resulting by-product is non-toxic and can be readily disposed of.
Our H2S scavenger is neither triazine nor formaldehyde based, is safe to handle and is non-flammable. Our H2S scavenger is applied through a simple injection method into the line or vessel.
Mercaptans Treatment
Our Mercaptans scavenger is a water based chemical that converts at a molecular level Mercaptans (RSH) present in crude oil, gas and refined products, into a sulfate salt solution which drops out of the product into the water. The process is irreversible and immediate. The resulting by-product is non-toxic and can be readily disposed of.
Our Mercaptans scavenger is neither triazine nor formaldehyde based, is not a caustic wash, is safe to handle and is non-flammable. It is applied through a simple injection method into the line or vessel.
Sour Water Treatment
Our sour water treatment product is a water based chemical that converts at a molecular level Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) present in sour water and effluent water into a sulfate salt solution. The process is irreversible and immediate with no toxic by product to be disposed of.
Our sour water treatment chemical is neither triazine nor formaldehyde based, is safe to handle and is non-flammable. It is safe to use in drinking water amd is applied through a simple injection method into the line, pond or vessel.
Decontamination
Our decontamination product is a specifically formulated chemical that will eliminate toxic gases and hydrocarbon vapour during plant turnaround and storage tank decontamination. It is effective across all temperature ranges.
Our decontamination product is water-soluble and contains an alcohol ethoxylate based compound with special enzymes cultured in the complex detergent system. It is effective in removing contaminants produced by various systems in oil/gas production and petrochemical plants. It is fast acting and works by converting hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, benzene and hydrocarbon vapour into water-soluble compounds with very low Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD).
Mercury Decontamination
The dangers of mercury stem from the toxic vapour it emits at room temperature (20+%). Unlike hydrogen sulfide (H2S) mercury vapour cannot be seen or smelt and is therefore a silent killer. About 70% of mercury that is inhaled is retained by the body. The mercury then enters the blood stream and is able to cross the blood brain barrier with harmful long term effects. It takes approximately 20 years for one teaspoon of mercury to evaporate.
Our mercury decontamination chemical is a chelating agent able to remove mercury from the atmosphere and convert it to a mercury salt in water. Once applied to a contaminated vessel, our chemical will encapsulate the mercury preventing further vapour release. Our mercury decontamination chemical is a water based chemical that is biodegradable, non-toxic, and non-corrosive.
Sludge Breaker
Our sludge breaking product is a specifically formulated chemical for breaking up long chain hydrocarbon sludge to allow for easy handling during plant turnaround and storage tank decontamination. It is effective across all temperature ranges.
Our sludge breaker is water-soluble and is effective in breaking down sludge into increasingly less viscose liquids. This allows for more efficient vessel cleaning and turnaround.
Our sludge breaker is fast acting and can be diluted to suit the specified requirement allowing for extremely cost efficient application.
